Star ratings. 1 bad. 2 below average. 3 average / neutral. 4 good. 5 excellent. They were super busy before a concert and only a couple servers. But they did a great job. Food was timely. Appetizers were great. Had okra, eggplant bun and bacon wrapped tomatoes. Meal. Two of us had Don, a spicey pork and a chicken. Both were good. Two had ramen which wasnt great. The seafood ramen and vegetable ramen broths were not good. Lacked seasoning and very oily. The seafood one tasted almost like old seafood broth mixed in with a new batch. Couldn't decipher if it was just to much oil or fat. Overpowered tbe whole dish and didnt eat it. Vegetable ramen broth just bland and not flavorful. Stick with the Don which was good.

Iβm not sure why this place only has a 4.5/5 rating. We went for happy hour with 5 people on a Wednesday and got sat immediately. And when I tell you the food and drinks were 10/10 I mean it!!! It was an amazing experience. The drinks came out super fast and they were super high quality. They arenβt cutting corners or anything for their happy hour. We watched the bar tender make each drink, was happy to see so many cocktails on the menu and they were made to order! The food was SO AMAZING!! And the portion sizes for the price you canβt beat. We even ordered a few things off the regular menu and their prices were just as good as a happy hour. This felt like a luxury happy hour for actual happy hour prices. Would definitely come back. Also, our vegetarian friend was able to find many options on the main menu for happy hour pricing! Also the staff was so kind and friendly. You can tell the food is authentic.

Since its a restaurant. Food! Its amazing. I ordered the crispy softshell crab, takoyaki, and lamb chops. All three were delicious. I would say if you want to pick one to skip on, the takoyaki would be the only one. You must try the rest. Apps: Takoyaki and crispy soft shell crab. The takoyaki comes with the usual flakes but the bottom layer has a nice egg yolk like mayo. Very creamy and goes well with the takoyaki. The octopus leg in there is decent with a nice overdid. The crab! Comes with cabbage very sweet cherry tomatoes! Crab was fresh and crispy. It came with a sweetish savory sauce on the side, but i would not rec to overdip. Entree: Lamb chops! Its delicious, texture was chewy but at the same time tender. The sauce gives it a little bit of a kick. It came with fried sweet potato tempura, cabbage with different dressing, and brussel sprouts that are crispy but not burnt! Everything was delicious. I was not expecting it to be that good. Its a must try! Sorry forgot to do photo before munching. It comes with 3 lamb chop.

We recently visited Mikami and overall had a very positive experience. The staff greeted us warmly, service was fast and attentive, and the team was happy to answer questions and offer recommendations. We also appreciated that they proactively introduced the happy hour menu without us asking. The restaurant has a clean minimalist aesthetic that fits the concept well. The menu is concise and informative, which feels like a strong advantage for a Japanese restaurant instead of offering too many dishes. We would love to see the physical menus made from more durable materials in the future, as the current ones may wear down quickly and lose part of their minimalist look. The music also felt slightly out of place for the atmosphere and could probably be a little quieter. We ordered the fried calamari, Tonkotsu Ramen, and Seafood Ramen. The calamari was cooked well with a nice texture, although slightly salty. The Tonkotsu Ramen had a rich, flavorful broth with strong umami depth and a very generous portion size. The Seafood Ramen stood out visually with a whole fried crab on top, giving the dish a very unique presentation. The broth could use a touch more seasoning, but overall the qu

I dined here on a Monday during their happy hour. The interior of the restaurant was very nice which can be seen in my photos. Lucky for me it was not busy, so my drinks and food came to me quickly. I took advantage of the happy hour and ordered a couple of Highballs, miso, and some karaage chicken. The chicken was fried extremely well and the special sauce it came with was very savory! The portion size is also very shareable. For my main entree, I ordered the Katsu Plate, which was a pork cutlet. It was good, but a little fatty. Some places where they specialize in Tonkatsu, offer different cuts of the pork loin. Here there is no choice, but I still recommend it, especially if you've not tried it before. The plating and presentation was great and again great portion sizes. All in all, I would definitely come back, especially for their happy hour. I definitely recommend giving it a try!
